On 10.08.2026 adesso SE announced that it is "a Select Partner in the Claude Partner Network Services Tier" and "among the first companies worldwide in the Select Tier". The release says more than 200 of its AI specialists are working toward the Claude Certified Architect, Foundations (CCA-F) qualification, and describes adesso's own method for agent-based software engineering, adSCAILE. The release gives targets for development cycles, not published client results. Anthropic's partner directory also lists adesso SE as Select. In Switzerland, adesso Schweiz AG is at Vulkanstrasse 106, CH-8048 Zürich, and its site lists banking among its industries. The press release itself does not mention Switzerland or banking, so for a Swiss or financial-services use case, ask adesso directly which Claude work it has delivered and in which sector. A "certified practitioner" holds a current Anthropic certification and has used Claude in the past 90 days. Certifications belong to individuals, not firms. A higher tier says something about scale and joint customers; it does not by itself say how well a partner fits a regulated Swiss or German use case. The circular is technology-neutral, applies to *significant* functions, applies proportionately, and partly exempts small banks. Its topics include an inventory of outsourced functions, risk analysis before signing, an orderly return or transfer of the function, agreed security requirements, inspection and audit rights for the institution, its audit firm and FINMA (the circular speaks of a "jederzeitiges, vollumfängliches und ungehindertes Einsichts- und Prüfrecht"), conditions for outsourcing abroad, and a written contract with early notice of subcontractor changes and flow-down of obligations.
