Product scope

## Everything a client expects from a modern bank

Adapted from proven consumer digital banking patterns: a daily-use experience first, with infrastructure flexible enough for private banking, retail banking and fintech products.

### Daily money movement

Accounts, transfers, cards, bill pay, remote deposit flows, beneficiary management and support messages surfaced where clients expect them.

### Financial wellbeing

Automatic savings, personal finance management, connected-account views, goals and behavioral insights that create recurring engagement.

### Open framework

API-first architecture for core banking, BaaS, custodians, CRM, support tools and third-party fintech services.

### Growth analytics

Segmentation, referral journeys, campaign triggers and adoption dashboards so product teams can grow revenue after launch.

Product modules

## A modular banking product, not a one-off app

Clients can start with the minimum viable banking experience and expand into cards, lending, wealth, marketplace and AI servicing without rebuilding the product layer.

Client app

### Mobile and web banking

Balances, statements, transfers, cards, support, alerts and profile management across mobile and browser.

Onboarding

### Account opening and KYC

Configurable onboarding journeys for retail, affluent, SME or private-bank clients, with KYC and document capture.

Payments

### Money movement

Domestic transfers, scheduled payments, bill pay, beneficiaries, limits and approval flows aligned with the bank's rails.

Cards

### Cards and controls

Virtual and physical card views, freeze/unfreeze, spending controls, limits, PIN workflows and transaction dispute hooks.

Engagement

### PFM and financial wellbeing

Connected accounts, categorization, goals, automatic savings, nudges and a daily-life feed for high-frequency engagement.

Growth

### Marketplace and analytics

Offer placement, segmentation, referrals, dashboards and product analytics to drive new revenue after launch.

Architecture

## Built on your stack, not around it

The platform can sit on top of a legacy core, a BaaS provider, a custodian bank or a hybrid architecture. S-PRO designs the product layer and integration contracts around the bank's actual operating model.

01

### Core layer

Accounts, payments, cards, limits and portfolio data mapped into stable APIs.

02

### Product modules

Mobile banking, cards, PFM, marketplace, servicing and analytics built as reusable modules.

03

### Experience layer

Client feed, onboarding, money movement and RM workflows tuned by segment.

04

### Release cycle

Regular releases keep the app secure, modern and conversion-focused.

Implementation

## What needs to connect before go-live

A buyer usually wants to know how painful the installation will be. This is the integration map we validate in discovery, then convert into delivery workstreams.

**Core banking**Accounts, balances, beneficiaries, transfers, statements, limits, standing orders and product catalogue APIs.

**KYC and identity**Identity verification, document capture, sanctions and PEP screening, client risk rating and periodic review triggers.

**Payments and cards**Card processor, payment rails, fraud checks, transaction enrichment, dispute flows and spend controls.

**CRM and servicing**Support messages, RM tasks, Salesforce or equivalent CRM sync, secure inbox and complaint workflows.

**Data and analytics**Event tracking, customer segmentation, consent, product analytics, operational dashboards and campaign triggers.

Delivery

## From concept to launch-ready banking product

We define the product, design the interface, build the integration layer, implement modules, test security and ship in controlled releases.

### Discovery sprint

Customer jobs, regulatory constraints, stack audit, module roadmap and release plan.

### Product build

Design system, app screens, APIs, backend services, QA automation and analytics.

### Security and compliance

Access control, audit logs, data protection, secure SDLC and release governance.

### Growth iteration

Segmentation, marketplace offers, referral loops and dashboard-driven optimization.

Security and controls

## Built for regulated banking teams

The product page is not enough unless the buyer can picture risk approval. We include security, compliance and operations requirements in the first implementation plan.

### Strong authentication

MFA, device binding, session controls, step-up authentication and configurable risk triggers.

### Role-based operations

Back-office roles, maker-checker flows, approvals, entitlement management and full administrative audit trail.

### Data protection

Encryption, secrets handling, PII minimization, consent, retention controls and secure event pipelines.

### Release governance

Automated regression tests, accessibility checks, security testing, release notes and production rollback plan.

Delivered platforms

## Digital banking platforms we have delivered

These are real client projects; the screens above on this page are illustrative product examples. S-PRO has delivered 350+ projects in 33 countries, 55% of them for fintech, and works with 26 private banks and 50+ fintech challengers.

Buyer pack

## What the client receives before signing the build

The goal is to reduce purchase risk: stakeholders should understand scope, budget drivers, dependencies and what a launch-ready product looks like.

### Product artifacts

- Target segments, journeys and module roadmap
- Clickable UX prototype and design system direction
- Feature backlog split into MVP, launch and growth releases
- Analytics taxonomy and success metrics

### Implementation artifacts

- Integration inventory and API contract plan
- Security and compliance checklist for approval
- Delivery timeline, team model and governance cadence
- Testing, migration and launch-readiness plan

Typical first phase: 2-4 weeks for discovery and product definition, followed by an MVP build plan aligned to the bank's integration complexity.

Commercial outcomes

## What the business case is usually built around

**Adoption**Move more daily banking activity into owned digital channels.

**Revenue**Cross-sell cards, lending, wealth products and marketplace offers.

**Cost**Reduce routine servicing load through self-service and automation.

**Speed**Launch new features through a reusable product and integration layer.

Questions

## Digital banking: questions buyers ask

### Can a digital banking platform run on top of our existing core?

Yes. At New Horizon Bank we built the platform on the DCI core through an integration API layer, and at AMINA we added an API layer between the channels and the core system. The core stays in place; the client experience and new modules are built around it.

### How long does the first phase take?

The first phase, discovery and product definition, typically takes 2–4 weeks. It can be run as a design thinking pilot from CHF 20k, which defines the use case, architecture and path to production.

### Which payment workflows can a B2B banking platform cover?

In the New Horizon Bank project, three payment workflows are live: wire transfers, ACH transfers and internal transfers, with user roles, limits and approvals.

## Launch a banking product clients actually want to use.

Bring S-PRO a core, a BaaS stack or a fintech concept. We will turn it into a product page, roadmap and build plan your stakeholders can evaluate.
