Who is this readiness check for?
It is built for CIOs, COOs, Chief Compliance Officers and heads of digital or data at banks, wealth and asset managers, insurers and fintechs. Anyone who has to decide whether and when to put an AI agent into a live process can use it.
What does the check measure?
Ten questions in five areas: maturity, data, governance, use cases and delivery. Your answers place your institution on one of four levels: Exploring, Pilot-ready, Scaling or Production-grade. A low governance score caps the level at Scaling, and your answers on timeline and budget shape the recommended next step.
Is this a compliance or regulatory assessment?
No. It is a self-assessment that helps you see where to focus before an AI agent goes live. It does not replace legal advice, a regulatory review or your own compliance function.
What happens with my answers and my details?
Your answers calculate your result. If you ask for the full result, we use your name, work email, company and role to send it and to answer your request. Details are in our privacy policy.
What is a design-thinking pilot and what does it cost?
It is a short, structured pilot on one use case, with the users and data involved, to prove the idea before a full build. S-PRO offers a design-thinking pilot from CHF 20k, 2–4 weeks. The right scope depends on your use case, which is what the readiness review clarifies.
