Intro

SymBioVault is a patient-owned microbiome biobank where people can preserve their healthy microbial strains before antibiotics, illness, or age change their microbial balance. If the body has a healthier baseline today, why not save it for tomorrow?

The concept is to collect microbiome samples during a healthy or stable period, analyse key strains, screen them for safety, and store them long term. For SymBioVault, the vision was already there. The main question was how to turn that vision into a platform that investors could understand and future users could trust. That’s where S-PRO and CoreLedger came in.

Goals and Challenges

SymBioVault has to work with sensitive biological material, medical-grade trust, and data ownership.

For clients, the value is personal. They can preserve their healthy microbiome, learn more about their strains, and keep control over their biological identity. For clinics, the value is operational — a new service that integrates seamlessly into existing healthcare settings.

The Launch Package by S-PRO and CoreLedger helped map a future platform with concrete features, including Vault ID creation, client dashboard, token dashboard, researcher portal, and clinic workflows. This made the vision real enough for investors, partners, and future users to understand the path forward. They also defined how blockchain could support ownership, consent, proof of authenticity, and auditability in a way that stays invisible to the end user.

Solution

S-PRO and CoreLedger approached the project with their Launch Package — a focused discovery and feasibility phase for complex blockchain-backed products.

The goal was not to build the full platform yet. The goal was to turn SymBioVault’s concept into a clear product direction, technical plan, investor-ready story, and practical next step.

The joint Launch Package approach delivered validation of technical feasibility, mapped main user journeys, prepared strong materials for investor discussions, and created a clickable prototype and landing page.

CoreLedger designed the blockchain concept

CoreLedger defined how blockchain could support ownership, consent, proof of authenticity, and auditability in a way that stays invisible to the end user.

S-PRO shaped the product vision

S-PRO translated the business idea into user flows, interface logic, and product direction across the different journeys for clients, researchers, clinics, and admins.

Technology

Blockchain supports specific platform needs in the background, while the user experience remains simple and trustworthy. The architecture separates what different parties can see and protects sensitive information appropriately.

The Launch Package helped map a future platform with concrete features, including Vault ID creation, client dashboard, Microbiome Passport, token dashboard, marketplace elements, researcher portal, and clinic workflows. This made the vision real enough for investors, partners, and future users to understand the path forward.

Team

This is a shared success story. The client’s vision stayed at the centre, while S-PRO and CoreLedger added the expertise needed.

SymBioVault was built around the idea that people should preserve and own their microbial assets. Dr. Pavel Timofeev, Founder and Medical Lead, brought clinical development experience and a strong view on antimicrobial resistance and the long-term effect antibiotics can have on the human microbiome. Kendra Zuber, Marketing and Communications Lead, helped turn complex microbiome science into a clearer public-facing narrative.

Results

The Launch Package gave SymBioVault a clearer way to explain the opportunity, discuss technical feasibility, and plan the next stage before full development.

It delivered exactly the materials and direction needed to move forward with confidence while keeping the original scientific vision and patient-centric values fully intact.

Future Outlook

What if your body had a save point for its microbial allies?

With the Launch Package materials in hand, SymBioVault can now move into investor conversations and real-world validation with a clearer product story. The collaboration provided a solid foundation for the next phase.
