At S-PRO, excellence is our priority. Our top management team recently completed a rigorous course, “Design Thinking and Innovation”, earning certifications at Harvard Business School.

Design Thinking focuses on crafting seamless customer experiences, which is vital in today’s business strategy. Recognizing its importance, the eight members of the S-PRO management team delved into Design Thinking methodologies, which marks a milestone in our pursuit of mastery.

Integrating user-centric approach principles into our product development strategies is crucial. Today’s customers seek experiences aligned with their values, and by doing so, we can exceed their expectations, driving business success.

One exciting application of Design Thinking methodologies is enhancing interactive and insightful client workshops that foster collaboration and drive meaningful outcomes.

The course is designed to equip students with the skills necessary to apply Design Thinking principles and effectively facilitate client workshops. It delves into the narrative of innovation, illustrating how this approach can lead to groundbreaking ideas. The course emphasizes practical learning through numerous real-world examples of market leaders creating innovations. 

Upon completing this course, we gained not only the ability to conduct workshop sessions with the client or teams better but also proficiency in employing various methodologies at the stage of identifying the problem, developing a vision of the innovation prototype, and at the stage of its approbation. There are specific techniques that can be guided, and they greatly facilitate the process and allow us to be sure that we are moving in the right direction.

In essence, we studied it to develop products more efficiently, provide better service, and improve and structure our phases related to conceptualizing products (like the discovery phase), which would get us to the greater result faster.
